Remember, healing from a divorce is a personal journey and with self-compassion and support you can rebuild your life and find happiness.

Please note: I do not give legal guidance or advice.

This package will assist you in the following ways:

  • Acknowledge your emotions, work through the grief of loss and find  your way even when it seems impossible.
  • Create a positive mindset and support you in reframing your experience as an opportunity for growth and a fresh start.
  • Uncover the extraordinary woman and mother within.
  • Establish goals and a vision for your future. When you have a strong WHY, everything becomes possible.
  • Help you discover or reconnect with your interests, passions, self-love practices, priorities and activities that promote your and your children’s physical, mental and emotional well-being, thereby strengthening the bond.
  • Set boundaries and manage relationships. Divorce involves navigating complex relationships such as co-parenting. This requires effective communication strategies and the ability to assert your own needs and handle conflict constructively.
  • Explore ways to maintain a healthy connection with your adult children.
  • Communicate with your children coming from a place of love, which in turn develops their self-esteem and builds strong relationships.
  • Develop strategies for challenging times – mindfulness, journaling etc.
  • Ultimately forgiving yourself and your ex- spouse is essential for your own healing. Holding onto bitterness can hinder your progress. This takes time and it is about being gentle through the process.
